The Blueprint: A World-Class Vision

The Igboebinie World Trade City is an ambitious and visionary project that aims to establish a world-class industrial/commercial hub and Smart cities in Igboland, Nigeria. INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Igboebinie Tower

The ICONIC 50-STOREY IGBOEBINIE TOWER will be the centrepiece of the project, serving as a SYMBOL OF PROGRESS AND A LANDMARK FOR THE REGION. This state-of-the-art skyscraper will house various commercial, residential, and recreational facilities, attracting businesses, fostering economic development and growth.

2. INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL ZONES

Dedicated industrial and commercial zones will be established, equipped with modern infrastructure, utilities, and amenities to support manufacturing, logistics, and commercial operations. These zones will create a conducive environment for business development and growth to attract domestic and international investments.

3. HOME FOR ALL - LOW AND MEDIUM COST HOUSING UNITS

The mission of development of smart cities and low cost housing units all through Igboland to make sure every nwafo Igbo has a roof over the head is paramount – a basic necessity of life. A 50,000 hectares of land already acquired through the government of Enugu state, 3000 Units in Anambra State, Imo State, Delta and Rivers states.

4. FARM SETTLEMENT

The farm settlement the likes of M.I. Opara, the ideology of making food available to every nook and crannies of Igboland and beyond is paramount. Abia State has donated 300 hectares of land for farm settlements at Ubakala, which is 15 minutes drive from Umuahia and 35 minutes from Aba. Farm settlement for Ebonyi, Enugu and Anambra, Imo, Delta and Rivers States also on the pipeline etc.

5. SMART CITIES AND INDUSTRIAL HUB

Smart cities and Industrial Hubs are eye marked and ear marked to be cited in the seven states of Igboland comprising Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Rivers and Delta States.

6. TRANSPORTATION NETWORK

A comprehensive transportation network, including highways, railways, and air connectivity, will be developed to facilitate efficient movement of goods and people. This will enhance the region’s accessibility and connectivity, fostering trade and economic activities.

7. Sustainable Urban Planning

The Igboebinie World Trade City will be designed and developed following principles of sustainable urban planning. Green spaces, energy-efficient buildings, and eco-friendly transportation systems will be integrated to create a livable and environmentally conscious community.

8. Cargo/Food Depots

Cargo and Food Depots shall be cited at various locations around Igboland where there are Trade and Commerce centres, Industrial Hubs and Farm Settlements.

Employment Generation

The industrial and commercial zones, along with the various components of the Igboebinie World Trade City, will generate a significant number of employment opportunities across various sectors, including manufacturing, services, and technology.
